Good morning and a happy holy Sabbath. May the peace of our dear Lord Jesus be with all of you.
My name is Andrés Sierra and I’ve lived in England only 2 years. I lived in Spain for 6 years. I only learned about the Seventh-day Adventist Church when I arrived in Spain. What I can say is that knowing the truth about Bible doctrines is one thing; it is another to get to know Christ Jesus. I made many mistakes in my life, but the Lord in His mercy drew me out of the abyss in which I wandered and with a strong hand brought me to this country, where I now live. For that I bless Him each day. However, in spite of everything, I felt confused due to everything that had happened to me, and I doubted whether God would forgive me.
One Sabbath morning, two months after arriving here, I was searching for sermons for that day. On the page I usually went to, I saw a link to Ernie’s dreams. I had bookmarked that page 4 years before and had never gone to that link. That day was different. I don’t know how I happened to get on that link. I remember clearly where I intended to click, but in a strange way I clicked on Ernie’s dreams.
When I read the first dream, “At the Table,” I fell on my knees and began to cry like a baby. It was as if God were speaking to me and comforting me saying, “Child, I love you and sent My Son for you.” For me! I felt insignificant, dirty and empty. From that moment, I continued reading and for the first time I knew my God, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Before coming to this country, I had a dream:
I was on a beach; there was no one around. The sky was blue and the water crystal clear, but at the same time it looked blue. I heard a voice that said to me, “Jump in the water,” and I did. The water was peaceful and serene for a good while. Suddenly, a small boat with oars appeared beside me, and in the distance I could see a large and high rock. The same voice said to me, “Take the boat and row over there.” So, I did. When I got to the shore of that place, there was a well-marked path, and the voice said to me, “Follow that path.”
As I walked, everything all around was very green. When I got to the end of the path, I realized that I was on the back side of the rock. Funny thing, though, there was an entrance in the form of a cave. The same voice said to me, “Go in there.” When I went into the rock, there were several steps. As I descended, I looked down and there was a crystal fountain with many colors at the bottom, like a rainbow, and at the bottom there was a treasure that shone brightly. The voice said to me, “This treasure is for you; go get it.” And so it was. I jumped into the fountain.
The dream changed quickly. I told the people that I knew and lived with at that time (the people that I knew and lived with when I lived in Spain), and shared with them what had happened to me. Many believed and followed me.
When we got to the place on that beach, the people didn’t want to get in the boat. Suddenly, an old-fashioned train with several cars appeared. Everyone at that place began to go aboard, and many people got on. I got on board as well, because I asked whether it would take me to the rock, and everyone said, Yes. The train began to move. I saw two tracks. When I saw that the train was going in a direction opposite the rock, I yelled out saying, “This is not the right way.” But they would not listen.
I managed to stop the train and get off. The people to whom I had spoken about the place got off with me. The other people laughed and told me that I was crazy, that the way was narrow and difficult to get to. I would say to them, “You are wrong,” and we continued walking.
Since the train had gone a distance, the rock was now very far away. Halfway there, many did not continue and went back to get on the train. Those who kept on going began to say to each other, “Is it true?” and they brought up all the mistakes that I had committed. Some of them said that I was not to be trusted, due to all that I had done in the past. The majority did not stay on the path, and only 5 or 6 individuals continued on the path with me.
When we arrived at the place where the entrance to the cave in the rock was located, I said to them, “Go in; this is the place.” And there the dream ended. (This dream was in December, 2011.)
Each day I pray to the Lord, because my desire is to serve Him and surrender to God the gifts and talents He has given me for His service. At this time, I’m studying English. I place myself at your service.
There is one thing I am sure of: That brother Ernie is the long-awaited Elijah. There is no doubt about it. I have studied how to recognize a true prophet with a few individuals with whom I have shared the dreams. Biblically speaking, there is no doubt that Ernie is the person whom God has chosen to prepare a remnant for the Second Coming of our dear Lord Jesus, who will descend from heaven with the voice of a trumpet. Amen.
Sincerely,
Your brother in Christ,
Andrés Sierra
